Weeding 2x Monthly

Hi! We are looking for someone with some experience with gardening to help us with weeding twice a month in our small beds. Initially, we also need mulch (black) in our two beds (approx 150 sf) and the surrounding small 7 trees. The mulching is negotiable in terms of price. For weeding, we are looking to pay $25 each time. Must have tools. Ideally we can have someone mulch this weekend or early next week!
