Seeking experienced handyman/maintenance tech for apartment complex maintenance. Retired techs welcome! Experience or working knowledge in at least several of the following areas required: painting, cleaning, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing repairs, water supply and drain lines, heating systems, septic, landscape maintenance. Good organizational skills, ability to work without much supervision, people skills, ability to use computer, internet, phone messaging are desired.
