Sweet cat needs a loving forever home

This is Lila. I found her in an abandoned home after her previous owner passed away. I heard her crying for help through the wall of my apartment, and had our landlord allow us access to the unit in order to find her. She survived for nearly a month with no food/water. Once I found her, I immediately took her to the vet and got her up to date on all vaccinations as of January 12, 2021. She is already microchipped from the previous owner. According to the vet, she is about 3 years old. I took her in, hoping to give her a forever home. However, I have come to the conclusion that she would do best in a home being the only cat, or at least in a home with no dogs. She is extremely loving and affectionate. Very healthy, housebroken, litter box trained, and very well behaved. Unlike most cats, she does not mess with things or get into food in the house. She will never disturb your sleep. She is very calm and loves to sleep and play occasionally. I want her to go to a loving, forever home. Serious inquiries only. Small rehoming fee to ensure she will be cared for.
