Dariasons Inc. is looking for a full time energetic, friendly and hard-working field technician with a clean driving record and a reliable source of transportation. Must own a Mobile phone to communicate quickly through working hours (Chat/Calls). 2+ Years experience in the relevant industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: Prioritizing and planning service calls Provide first line, second line, and preventive maintenance on ATMs, smart safes, and other financial equipment Adhere to service operating procedures Take ownership of your assigned territory and meet service performance goals Ensure above and beyond professional customer service Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor to foster positive customer relationships Updating call status to reflect an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and providing resolutions and updates as required Timely and accurate reporting of service updates and call closure information to the call center Escalation of issues to the service management team as required Follow material control processes in support of assigned responsibilities (keys, combinations, alarms, parts inventory, etc.) Organize and utilize technical documentation in support of job responsibilities Participate in special background checks based on the customer base Essential functions of this position include prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts, carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 200 lbs without assistance, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination and the ability to adjust focus for prolonged periods of time Travel to clients' locations to diagnose and troubleshoot (Hardware/Software) and document through the app. Must have the ability to perform FLM/SLM maintenance Installation, removal, maintenance, and repairs on ATM's and other equipment at various locations within the assigned territory. Customer Service oriented (well mannered and well-behaving with clients) Compensation: This is a 1099/subcontractor full-time position 6 days a week Monday thru Saturday. The pay will be $850/Week and will be paid between Wednesday and Friday of the following week. The applicant is required to possess: Valid Driver's License Maintain an acceptable driving record Mobile Phone Android or iPhone Criminal Free record Must have vehicle Ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving product performance issues Professional communication in speaking with and listening to customers Have and maintain a clean and valid motor vehicle record and driver's license Complete administrative tasks and duties within the allotted time frame The candidate must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening and must also be willing to travel to all ATMs, in Five Boroughs of New York City and New Jersey, according to the daily schedule assigned.
