I would make sure that puppy is okay before you buy him, She had him posted on her instagram ( Teddys_worldd ) since the beginning of june and he did not appear to have those scars and missing fur on his head when she first bought him. She is using a fake number for him too so if anything goes wrong you cannot message her either. It appears she had 2 maltese puppies earlier this month (that she had bought from a breeder on craigslist for $1300 each to flip for more than double what she bought them for) that had started having seizures and were unable to move so she posted an ad to call them out. Not sure what happen to them but the instagram says a few days later, she had 2 similar maltese pups up for sale that didn't have any health disclaimer that are now sold. The person on instagram ( pretty.ms.mimi ) has the video sent from the owner of Teddys_worldd of the puppies having seizures in the bucket.
