Lights, sprinklers, vents and motion detectors can be easily integrated with any of these ceilings. Workshop Assistant Job Description: Velum Pro LLC is looking for a full-time workshop/warehouse assistant to unload products and confirm accuracy of incoming and outgoing products. Workshop Assistant must be able to lift heavy equipment and move around materials, utilizing proper handling techniques to minimize damages. Tasks: Organize material including aluminum profiles, PVC membranes, light fixtures and essential equipment in corresponding areas. Cut material for custom projects Prepare daily equipment and material for groups of installers Assistance in loading work vans Receive shipments and maintain inventory Communicate positively with supervisors, sales team, fellow workers and customers to accurately distribute material Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating successfully Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must be hard-working, be able to follow instructions and detail-orientated Must be able to work with heavy equipment/objects Must be able to work in a hot environment Ensure that tasks are completely safely and on-time This job is ideal for someone who is: Dependable-reliable to handle any situation/task that is presented Flexible/Adaptable- Can perform tasks that are out of the ordinary from usual work Innovative- able to complete tasks in creative ways People-oriented-enjoys interacting with people and can work on group projects Job-Type: Full-time Pay: $12/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm Overtime Available Work Location: Hollywood Warehouse Company Website: *This Job description is not all-inclusive, and certain activities, duties or responsibilities may be required of the employee as needed.
