We are pleased to announce the relaunching of our in-person classes held at Salem Gnu Kitchen! Join Pastry Chef Skylier in learning the first of three different base baking methods, the biscuit method. This is a demonstration class, so you will be able to observe, learn, and enjoy some delicious treats! We'd love for you to join us! Here's a little more about our Pastry Chef: Skylier began cooking as a child with her Mother. In that sense, cooking has always been a part of her. She always loved baking. When she attended SNHU for Culinary, she chose that specific program because it was challenging. After working for 5+ years in restaurants around Cambridge/Boston, she moved back home to New Hampshire and started seriously baking. She always found herself drawn back to her passion of baking. She believes it has been one of the best things she have ever done. She looks forward to taking this new journey into teaching, and passing on her love of flavor and baking, which began with her Mother and has become one her truest passions.
