Meals will be made with Land's Sake's own produce and prepared fresh for you to take home. Meal pickup will be at Land's Sake Farm, Thursday July 8th. A reminder email will be sent out with further instructions the day before the event. *We will do our best to substitute allergy requests.* *There may be some produce substitutions based on the harvest.* MENU Pescatarian (Fish)one size, serves two • Chilled Beet Borscht with cucumber, olive oil & everything spice • Slow Roasted Salmon with broccoli or bok choy (whichever is available and looking good!) and radish. Land's Sake Farm combines ecologically- sound land management practices with hands-on environmental education to model how public open space can be used and enjoyed by the community. A 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, we run a public farm, host educational programming for all ages, and help to  maintain public conservation land and town forest for recreational and production uses.
