Maintenance Manager Waypoint is seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage the maintenance of all Waypoint properties. A Maintenance Manager is needed to work collaboratively with leadership and staff to ensure a clean and safe environment. The Maintenance manager will be responsible for upkeep of Waypoint properties inside and out, as well as developing and administering a preventative maintenance program for all buildings. Conducting and coordinating regular building inspections for safety, cleaning standards and compliance will be part of the job. Performing maintenance duties, coordinating jobs with contractors along with other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment as directed by the CFO will be expected.
