Hands on cooking class with professional chef in private gourmet kitchen.
Charcoal, gas, wood chips, smoke. Meat, vegetables, fruit. So many options for the grill and we will explore a variety of them. Multiple dishes will be served with choice of wine or beer. This class is partially vegetarian.
NOTE: ALL participants must be vaccinated for Covid 19 in order to attend this class.
Our classes are limited to ten attendees and consist of both demonstration and hands-on cooking of a meal that will be served to the entire group. In order to attend and provide a comfortable environment for everyone, all participants MUST be vaccinated for Covid19. Your registration for this class is a confirmation that you are vaccinated, but, you must also bring proof of vaccination on the day of the class in the form of a NY State Excelsior Pass (printed or on App) or a paper CDC Vaccination Record Card. If you arrive without your vaccination documents you will not be admitted into the class, and we will be unable to offer a refund. So please, bring your documents on class day! It’s very important to us that everyone feel safe and comfortable so that we can joyfully and enthusiastically resume in-person cooking classes. Please also note that the chef, her assistant and the venue owner will be vaccinated and will not be masked. You are free to wear a mask if you choose but it will not be required.
