Looking for a young dog

I am looking for a young puppy that has some potty training already. I'm looking for a small or medium size dog only, I'm open to any breed. I am 52 yr single man, I live in a apartment with plenty of running and playing space. There's plenty of grass space outside my apartment as well as a dog park 2 blocks away. I am very patient and have a lot of love to give to a dog. If you have a loveable dog that you are giving away or a small rehoming fee please contact me. Thank you
