I am looking for a personal assistant to do a variety of tasks. I am located in DC but I frequently purchase properties in NC. I need someone who knows the areas, is willing to drive and find properties for me to purchase, call my clients, negoatiate, etc. You MUST have real estate experience for this. You should know what a purchase contract, IP, DD, closing, title company, etc are. I only need help about 2 hours a day- one hour driving and finding properties for me, one hour calling potential clients. I can start at $12 hourly but once we have successfully done a few deals together I am happy to discuss and increase and move you to a full time position. This is, to start, part time, contract.
