So my girlfriend was at fred Meyer somewhere between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday June 25. It had been left on the checkout counter while the owner of the phone was using a fred Meyer coupon. The person walked away and before my girl could get they’re attention, they had gotten in their car and left.
