If anyone is thinking about buying from Country Homes Power beware!!! Read there Facebook reviews! They sold me this swim spa for 36k delivered/installed. Then when date came up said I would need to pay 500.00 toward delivery after deal was done! So I hired a different company to deliver. CHP owner Garth said he didn’t trust his guy to deliver without damaging it. Then tried to charge me 300.00 to have THAT guy bring it up on trailer for my guy to install...Garth said it was because it was his day off when guy just got done leaving me a message he was delivering a tub In Pullman then he would do mine! They literally will say anything to hard sell you!!! I hired a reputable company to deliver the tub after all this and they said they had an older gal that bought a spa at County Homes and when it got delivered it was missing plumbing they would not take spa back or refund her money...failed on repair...she was very upset because she spent a lot of money and had no working spa these are expensive !!! they’re quick to tell you how there’s are the best but yet don’t know anything about them not even where wire box is inside tub! Just how their competition isn’t as good... don’t believe them there is better out there!!! Jeff at Quality Spa‘s has stood behind a tub I bought 15 years ago! Or Eric at Northwest Spa will sell swim spa without marking up 20k!!!. Same type spa 23,500 delivered! Again ck Facebook reviews don’t take my word.
