Amuse is a proud Fair Chance Hiring Employer Delivery Driver duties and responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Complete delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all orders are accounted for and all paperwork is scanned into the systemLoads orders and related supplies on to a delivery vehicleAssists, when necessary, the pulling of equipment and supplies from the warehouse as ordered on delivery ticketsProvide courteous and consistent customer serviceAdds necessary notes into the system on the type of deliveryTransfer returned/rejected product back to the locationUnloads and stacks products with customers in a friendly courteous manner.Utilize smartphone applications and other required systems to navigate and deliver to assigned orders in a timely, accurate and safe manner.Able to follow standard operating policy and safety procedures.Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.Maintain logs of packages deliveredMaintain ongoing communication with the dispatcherMinimum qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities) Valid Driver's license and Clean Driving RecordAt least 21 years of ageReliable vehicle with up-to-date registration and insuranceAbility to pass all required reference and background checks required by the company and mandated by the State of California and LA County for cannabis industry employees.Must be able to carry/lift various products from 35 -50 lbs. and sit for extended periods of time.Good working knowledge of cannabis industry safety practices and compliance rules and regulations.Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation lawsStrong time management and customer service skillsAt least 1+ years of delivery experienceAt least $100,000 coverage in car insurance (Bodily Injury and Property Damage)
