Acaraj´e Drums presents Capoeira Flow movement class! Any level welcome. Capoeira is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form that can be enjoyed by all. This is a great way to see how good Capoeira feels by learning some basic movements. We will gently warm-up, stretch, and learn a few moves that will nourish your body, mind and spirit. Class begins at 12p and restarts again at 1p. Suggested donation $10.
