Essential functions: • Service and repair mill equipment using a preventative maintenance program. Bucket elevators, Augers, Spouts, Mixers, Shakers and cleaners, Air lines, Electrical motors and Gear Boxes • Welding and Fabrication to improve equipment or create new equipment. • Basic electrical wiring of equipment. • Preform general maintains of buildings and grounds. • Preform or implement general housekeeping. • Preform all work in compliance with company safety rules. • Manage shop truck, tools and maintain inventory of supplies. • Complete working knowledge of Company’s product, policies and procedures. • Work in cooperation with other employees with a positive attitude. Necessary Skills, Knowledge and Experience: • Experience related to the job duties. • Ability to communicate information or ideas effectively in oral or written form. • Ability to listen to what other people are saying and ask questions as appropriate. • Basic math skills. • Ability to identify and analyze problems associated with work processes. • Ability to build constructive and cooperative relationships with others. • Ability to organize and maintain organization. • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently. • Ability to take responsibility. • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail. • Ability and skill in judgment and decision making. • Capacity to adjust to change, work pressures or difficult situation without undue stress.
