Maintains grounds around buildings and facilities in a clean, neat and orderly condition; collects and disposes of rubbish; plants, fertilizes and cares for lawns and shrubs, using power mowers and other hand and power equipment; operates power spraying and other equipment in controlling weeds and pests; prepares and treats soils for planting; trims and prunes trees and hedges; spades and cultivates flower beds; drives vehicles and trucks; may perform incidental maintenance work or assist in the performance of custodial duties on rainy days. · A can-do attitude · Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions · Independent worker with good time management skills · Landscaping, exterior or interior janitorial experience a plus · Experience pulling a lite duty trailer a plus · Experienced in landscaping and physical labor · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., load and dump debris at dump sites · Ability to rake leaves, remove trash, and inspect grounds for cleanliness. · Clean driving record a must RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for upkeep of outdoor commercial & residential areas · Maintain community curb appeal · Seasonal landscaping: plant flowers, mulch projects, beautify grounds · Ensure common areas are inviting and debris free · Pressure washing and painting may occasionally be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
