This is Year 18 for the 15 Short Film Festival. This short film festival is comprised of films from around the world. These films have won numerous awards , including being on the Oscar short list. The categories for 15 include: Comedy, Animation, Documentary, Narrative, and Something Different. Antonio Diaz is the founder and Artistic Director for the 15 Short Film Festival and the Charlotte Does Music Series. He is the owner of the film events company 15ink.
