Looking for someone who is available about 2 times per month (every other week) who can complete the below janitorial items at a small apartment complex. Work details: -trash pickup around the property -vacuuming common/public areas, wiping down/dusting doors -throwing the occasional furniture item/tree branch in the dumpster -changing basic furnace filters, basic property maintenance experience is a plus. Schedule: - Choose your day of Saturday, Sunday or Monday. - Approx. 3 hours of work each time, to be completed during daylight hours. - Occasional additional hours may be available seasonally. - Every Other Week. Requirements: - Able to work independently without leaving work incomplete & show up when you say you will - Able to work in inclement hot/cold weather - Able to lift up to 75 lbs (example moving a small couch, table or mattress and lifting into a dumpster) - Supply/wash your own rags for common cleaning/dusting/wiping down. Chemicals and sprays, trash bags will be provided to you. May use our maintenance vacuum or your own whichever you prefer. - This is a 1099 position, you will be responsible for withholding your own taxes. - Able to provide valid ID **We are unable to hire if you have been convicted of theft or violent felonies within last 10 years.
