Big on flavor..........Olivelle! Description:Enjoy the smokey, sweet, salty, tender, fall off the bone barbeque we all know and love anytime with Olivelle's new Smokehouse products! No matter what style of BBQ you love, these smokehouse flavors will add that something special to your next meal. Menu for this class will be classic sweet and smokey pulled pork sandwich, bacon and bourbon green beans flambé, and bourbon peach cobbler for dessert! Cost for this class is $65/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-0091 What to Expect: In this class, Chef will walk you through the process of preparing the delicious pulled pork bbq. This is a semi hands on class which means the Chef will have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with water. Additional wine or beer can be purchased at the bar downstairs. If you choose not to have wine please ask your host for another option.
