Yoga and stretch session after the morning group run with KC Smart Runners.
Start your Saturday off with a morning run with KC SMART Runners, then stick around for a wonderful yoga and stretch session at 8:30am. Class will be led by Kristy West, Yoga Coach for Sports & Fitness, and will be tailored to the needs of runners.
No experience necessary.
Bring your own mat or sheet to use on the ground. No props will be provided so please come prepared.
Registration is strongly recommended in case of inclement weather.
