Join Nomadic Flow on the stage of the Historical Lincoln theatre for an hour of yoga and a cocktail. Join Nomadic Flow for a special yoga class on the stage of the historical Lincoln Theatre. The class will be an hour long and all levels (yes beginners too) friendly. We will literally be on the stage looking our over the beautiful architecture of this historic building. And of course our music will be a variety of movie theme songs! After class you'll be treated to a mimosa (or margarita) as a celebration of Downtown Belleville's Mimosa Walk. Tickets to the rest of that event sold separately. ***Drinks are only available to those 21 and over but the class itself is open to all ages.*** This isn't something you get the chance to do every day!
