Our preferred lender Al Norman , Branch Manager of Primary Residential Mortgage will be there ready to speak on the mortgage application process and all options available to home buyers. Our preferred inspector Howard Brown will be walking you through the key items he looks for when completing an inspection. We will have a fully catered lunch from one of South Florida’s top Chef’s Sonia Frazier owner of Garden of Soulfood. There will also be door prizes and raffle giveaways with a grand prize of a 50’ TV.
