Class is all about creating mind body connection to reduce stress and cultivate happiness within. You will leave class feeling accomplished, grounded, and full of peace.

Randi Graves is a certified Pilates instructor through Pilates Sports Center, Holistic Health and Mindfulness coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition and her meditation journey began five years ago at a week long meditation retreat with Deepak Chopra.
