ServSafe Manager Training:
Led by a Certified ServSafe Instructor, the class will cover A-Z Food Management Safety and will prepare you to pass the CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) Exam.
Class begins promptly at 9 AM. We will have a short break for lunch.
Your registration fee covers the cost of the class, learning materials, review session, and your exam key. Please do not purchase an exam key voucher on your own. We will take care of this for you!
The Exam begins at precisely 3 PM. Most students complete the exam in 1.5 hours or less, but a full 2 hours is allowed for completion of the exam. The exam is administered by a Registered ServSafe Proctor and is given in electronic format. You will need a laptop computer with wifi to complete the exam. *If you do not have access to a laptop, please inform us prior to the exam date, and we will provide you with one for a small additional fee.
Examinees will know upon completion of the test whether they passed. We will do our best to prepare you for the test, and our pass rate is outstanding. However, as a quality assurance, if you attend the full day of training, but fail the test, you may attend another session with us for free. And we will charge only the administrative testing fee of $36 to re-take the exam. *This offer is ONLY available to students registered for and attending BOTH the class session and the exam! Those registered for the exam only are not offered a discount to re-take and must pay the full standard proctoring fee of $99.
