Crew Members are the foundation of what keeps our Concessions running and we are looking to add to our team of positive, energetic employees who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers
-Perform basic food preparation and production in a safe and responsible manner
-Assisting customers at the counter
-Provide excellent customer service satisfaction with enthusiasm, speed and accuracy
-Meet safety and sanitation standards
-Keep work stations and guest areas cleaned and organized
-Help fellow crew members when needed for various tasks
-Ensure operations of excellence in adhering to company standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Great people skills - Friendly, outgoing, ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management
-Team player with a great attitude
-Ability to count money and make change
-Energetic with great problem-solving abilities
-Own reliable transportation
-Previous experience working in a café or quick service restaurant preferred
-Must be over 18 to work at The Shed (Tips certification a plus)
Shifts (Both Full-Time & Part-Time):
-Morning (opening @10)
-Mid-Day
-Evening (closing @7)
Pay & Benefits:
-$13.50 + Tips
