17th Annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business Awards Gala - Relaunch We are excited to announce that the 17th Annual Awards Gala has been approved to be in person! This is a remarkable time for all the Awardees and small business supporters. At the Annual Awards Gala will celebrate over 80 small businesses from across the state at the Breslin Center in East Lansing. The gala is a black-tie optional event with many opportunities to celebrate small businesses and network with small business supporters from across the state. Your gala ticket provides you with access to the Michigan Reception just prior to the awards gala, drinks, food and access to the Rehmann Empower Hour Afterglow Reception immediately following the awards gala. All guests will be seated on the floor of the Breslin Center in groups of 8 or 10 for the awards gala. If you would like to be socially distanced at the gala we can seat you in the upper or lower bowls of the Breslin Center. Once you register, please contact Mary Stier at [email protected] to reserve your "socially distanced" seats. ___________ All guests are required to complete a health screening prior to engaging in in-person activities on MSU’s campus. Fully vaccinated individuals (at least two weeks since your final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine) can enter indoor spaces on campus or property governed by MSU without a face mask. Those who are not vaccinated or decline to answer the vaccination status question must continue wearing a face mask indoors and physically distance from others, with limited exceptions. Applicable laws, ordinances, policies, procedures, rules, expectations, and guidelines may change. If they do, we will update you prior to your event. Again, we will do our best to accommodate your needs given any applicable limitations.
