ORANGE, CT - A Bridgeport resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Orange earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 22, Carmen Luna Cruz, of Bridgeport, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Silverbrook Wine & Liquor store in Orange and won $10,000.
