Receive free HIV testing on-site from Montgomery Area Outreach (MAO), and enjoy all of the planned fun and festivities we have in store! Know your status! The Council on Substance Abuse-NCADD (COSA-NCADD) is a private non-profit organization founded in 1973 to promote the understanding that alcoholism and other drug dependence are preventable and treatable diseases. COSA-NCADD's mission is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the disease of alcoholism, other drug addiction diseases, and related problems.
