Coastal Slip Form is looking for an experienced field-based superintendent to join our team. Applicant must be familiar with concrete work and know how to take a set of construction plans and build a job. Operator experience is necessary, as we use excavators/ skid steers daily. We are looking for leaders, who can efficiently manage concrete finishers, laborers, truck drivers, etc. and work as a team to drive a project to completion. The scope of work is typically handicap ramps, sidewalks, driveways, curb and gutter, inlets, headwalls, and retaining walls. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic and can be relied upon to show up to work on time everyday. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company.
