Two condos needing renovations to be rentable

I just purchased 2 condos in Pompano they both need various work kitchen in one bathroom in other but not a complete renovation just looking to get them rentable. Not looking for any high end worries nor subpar just basic low cost painting repairs where needed. I am out of the area but I have people that can work with you in getting paid and purchasing supplies. There are tenants in the apartment now so there will be limited access so I must coordinate with realtors to permit access. I have an opening today Thursday the 23rd of June between 5:30 and 8:30 I will set up another day next week for Monday or Tuesday probably the same time slot. If you are interested you can go with out appointment today. You must have local reference and I would prefer licensed contractor but I will consider others. The home inspector will be there at that time slot so I’m not sure of the extent of the work needed just tell me what you think. I will be making a quick decision so first bids will be given priority.
