HARFORD COUNTY, MD— The Harford County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in finding 39-year-old Talmadge Lorrail Jones. According to deputies, he's wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. His last known address is the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way in Edgewood, deputies said.
