Full-Time Groundskeeper position open for an Apartment Communities located in Renton ~ Tukwila ~ Burien ~ Seattle ~ Kent. This position requires traveling between the communities with your personal vehicle with current registration, insurance and driver’s license. Our groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the exterior of the communities, including picking up trash, weeding, pressure washing, blowing parking lots & walkways planting seasonal flowers, cleaning of laundry rooms and common areas.
