Box Office Representative - RIZE Fighting Championship www.rizefc.com Job Title: Box Office Representative Reports To: RIZE Coordinator Availability: Saturday, July 17th 4pm+ Additional various Saturdays in the future. Date will be given one month in advance. Pay: $20/hr, 4 hours guaranteed Duties and Responsibilities Assist with walk-up sales and will call distribution day-of. Troubleshoot customer issues in a professional manner, with guidance from a supervisor. Collect complete and accurate data from customers. Process digital ticketing through Square (device provided) Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure fiscal responsibility Ascertain and resolve customer concerns, requests, and/or complaints in a timely, courteous and informed manner. Qualifications Customer service experience, with reference(s) Strong verbal skills (Spanish is a plus but not required) Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability. Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances.
