Maintenance Foreman and Laborer One of the largest and most well respected landscape development companies in the South Florida market is looking for a reliable, Landscaping and Maintenance laborer to join our team. Responsibilities include: Maintenance/Mowing, Landscaping/Planting, Arbor, Spray Tech, Irrigation and more. Job Requirements Skills/Qualifications: • Experience in the landscaping industry. • Knowledge Operating equipment's such as; mower/ push mower/ real mower, trimmer, edger, pole saw, blower, power pruning, aerator, top dresser, Skid Steer a plus. • Must have a clean driving record and be available to travel statewide. • Bilingual a plus. • Foreman Skilled 2 years experience. • Laborer skilled 2 years experience. Benefits: • Health insurance after 90 days of employment, Company shall pay 50% of the premium. • Five days of sick leave per year after 90 days of employment (they do not roll over). • Five days of paid vacation after one year of employment. • All Company paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
