Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Receiving Clerk for our Condominium in Midtown Miami/Edgewater, FL (33132). Schedule: TBD; Must be flexible This position is for immediate hire and looking to start a candidate by July 1st! Requirements: Previous hospitality, condominium or similar experience strongly preferred Customer service experience Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Must be logical, analytical, punctual, and have a friendly smile and demeanor Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish preferred Responsibilities: Greet residents and their guests Coordinate deliveries of packages, flowers, restaurant food, others Monitor security cameras, exterior doors to the building and maintain a secure environment for our residents Control guest/vendor access to residential floors through elevator control system.
