Looking for practice space

New to Seattle vocalist, looking for a practice space where I can sing and teach online voice lessons. Important things to note: I am looking for a discounted rate during your non-busy hours! I am only interested in morning to early afternoon hours when your space is otherwise sitting empty. I teach students on a sliding scale and many can't afford much, so it does not make sense for me to pay $20 per hour when I'm sometimes only making $25-$45. All I need is space, great WIFI since I teach via Facetime, ability to be loud, and speakers so I can play backup music. I might teach people in person soon as well. I don't drive and get around on bike so I prefer North Queen Anne, Fremont, up to around Greenwood. Thanks for your time! Again, this only makes sense if it is very inexpensive and your space would otherwise sit empty. I'm very reliable and clean and can provide references. I am a professional and very experienced vocalist who chooses to teach on a sliding scale. S.
