Looking for a maintenance person to work on a contract basis for a Property Management Company in Arcata but work will be in and around Arcata, Trinidad and possibly Redway. This is a part time as needed job. Some times may be busier than others depending on turnover. Skilled at flooring, plumbing, painting and electrical is a plus. Looking for someone versatile in many areas.
Must have own truck and tools. Must be punctual and reliable. Other duties include assisting with move in/move out and general repairs at rental properties. Please email contact information and experience. Thank you.
