Job Purpose: The Cleaning Technician position is responsible for general cleaning, cleaning carpet, rug, and upholstery-related projects in a professional and timely manner. The work will be completed either in the warehouse or at a job location. There are general cleaning requirements to go along with this position. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer service, including sales and business development responsibilities. Provide quality carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. Pickup and delivery of items from our customers to be cleaned in the warehouse. Take care to protect and not damage customer’s contents. Follow procedures for cleaning structure and contents, and handling customer’s possessions. Remove all residue and odor from contents. Follow warehouse procedures for cleaning, handling, and storing contents. Keep the job site clean and professional. Leave the job site clean when job is finished. Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from the property. Daily completion of tracking paperwork, timecards, checkout forms and other necessary paperwork. Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of company equipment. Qualifications: Experience in general and carpet cleaning desired. Excellent people skills. Sales experience a plus. Good communication and professionalism.
