Looking for someone to do building maintenance and unit turns. Unit turns involve cleaning, painting, drywall repair, cabinet repair or replacement, plumbing repairs, light fixture replacement, hard surface flooring repair or replacement, some carpentry (rough & finish) and so on. Must have your own transportation and tools. Milwaukee Metro area. Some grounds keeping but not much. You will have some emergency calls, usually for plumbing & heating, pays time and a half, usually only a couple a week. Looking for someone that can do at least 40 hours a week.
