Work is at minimum 5 days a week(no work when we have rain). Job consists of a mix of things: *cutting steaks *grading rock *cutting concrete *wheelbarrowing concrete *screeding concrete *finishing concrete *pulling steaks *loading trailer Ideal candidate: Wont be afraid of a little sun Strong ability to understand directions Willingness to learn a trade and improve skills Strong Requirements: Your own vehicle to get to and from the job sites. 90% are in the Rutherford county. Work boots......I can provide the rubber boots. Being at the job site on time and ready to work Absolutely zero drinking or drugs on site. This is a zero tolerance policy. Stay until the job is done. Everyday is different, sometimes were done at 2 sometimes 6-7. If you text me. *start with what experience you have with concrete(if any) *let me know if you have any concrete tools.
