Description

Press release from the Wright County Government: June 24, 2021 The Wright County 10th Judicial District has announced that it is adding limited hearings to in-person settings on its case docket. As of July 30, the courts will begin hearing in-person contested criminal and juvenile hearings along with criminal settlement conferences on Fridays. Two courtrooms will be in operation for in-person hearings most Fridays. The courts want to advise those with hearings that many hearings will continue to be conducted virtually. Parties should check their court hearing notices for information, as virtual hearings will include language stating that it is a virtual hearing. It was also announced that customers at the court counters are no longer required to wear masks, but they are still a requirement within courtrooms. Effective July 6, both social distancing protocols and mask requirements in courtrooms will be lifted. This press release was produced by the Wright County Government.
