EAGAN, MN — The city of Eagan recently updated its rules regarding dogs on leashes. Before, owners were able to bring dogs off their property controlled either by leash or voice command, the city said. Now, all dogs must be leashed when taken off their property, the city said. Exceptions to this rule are designated off-leash dog parks, the city said. You can read the new ordinance here.
