Need Skiled person for remodel

I'm looking for a skilled Person for a remodel, Must be skilled in Drywall and flooring and painting, other skills are great also.. if your not skilled do not apply i been remodling for 35 years, and i will know within a few min if your skilled or not. so lets not wast our time... i have a big project 5 day work week no weekends... 20.00 per hour to start if you are very skilled i can do 25.00 per hour... ONLY SERIOUS APPLY.. I will be working along side you... so i dont have time to hold anyone hands or teach how to read a tape?
