Pro Level Guitarist Needed for High Energy Party Rock Band

We are a four piece band looking to expand to a six piece. Our current lineup consists of two males and two females but we would like to add another male and another female to the roster. The position of “Stunt Guitarist” is open to anyone with respectable lead chops who is also comfortable playing across a variety of rhythmic feels. Our current sound is upbeat, life-affirming party rock, often underscored by a thoughtful story in the lyrics. We’ve been told we sound like Green Day meets Rush. Our end goal is to create a new kind of rock & roll by fusing it with various styles of EDM to create a futuristic dance rock with massive mainstream appeal. This band offers enormous room for creativity as well so you won’t be taking a backseat in the songwriting process. Every member is encouraged to write songs if they feel called to it. This is a band where every member is a rockstar so if you can picture an action figure version of yourself and then live up to it, well you should obviously be playing with us! We have the songs and the ambition to take this all the way to the heart of mainstream popular music with a sound and style that won’t sacrifice our integrity. We have also started keeping a list of local artists and industry contacts who are interested in finding a new sound and building a new scene. You’re going to hear about it. It feels corny saying this is an opportunity of a lifetime but it really is. No one is doing what we’re doing. But that doesn’t mean we don’t still need you. We won’t even know our total sound until you show up!
