Please help us find our cat

The best cat in the world has not come home to us. He was last seen on Ruffian Road (89149). He is black and white with a pink nose with a black spot. He has a light blue collar with a tracker on it that’s currently turned off so we can’t find him. We miss him so much our hearts are aching. Please help. The photo of him is attached.
