Dream Green Farms is an established cultivation facility located in Anchorage, AK looking to bring in multiple full-time entry level laborers. We are looking for dedicated employees that are seeking an opportunity to work directly with their hands and perform physically demanding tasks on a regular basis. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is honest, a team player, able to take direction well, willing to learn our process, able to complete assigned tasks in an acceptable time frame, motivated, and comfortable with performing the physical tasks that cultivation work requires. Our entry level laborers require no experience but must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position: - 21+ years of age - Marijuana Handler Permit for the state of Alaska - DEC Food Worker Card - Reliable Transportation Duties and Responsibilities: - Follow procedures to ensure strict quality control and sanitation standards - Providing attentive care to all plants - Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time - Able to lift up to fifty pounds - Able to be flexible and complete different tasks as they are assigned - Willing to work the mandatory hours of overtime on a regular basis
