The Mexican Border Problem has existed for decades and it has never been thoroughly examined and acted on by Congress and the Senate in all that time. We're long over due. The Border Patrol has been begging for more Agents and Equipment for decades and has yet to receive them. We're in the 21st Century and we need to provide them with 21st Century technology and more agents and equipment to handle the situation. History has shown that walls alone don't keep out people that want to get in ( in this country in this case). Never has been one that worked in History. Granted walls and fences in strategic places along with proper manpower - these can slow down the flow of illegal immigrants. Electronic surveillance equipment and enough Border Patrol Agents will handle the problem of illegal immigrants flooding across the border. What this country needs is for our Federal Government ( Congress and Senate ) to get off their asses and put together a plan to handle this problem instead of pointing fingers at each other and blaming each other for THEIR lack of leadership and get this done. Everyone should contact their Senators and Congressmen/women to stop putting it off and get together and work this out. It's for our Country and we're ALL Americans. Stop all the squabbling among ourselves and get on the phone and contact our Senators and Congress people and tell them to fix the problem once and for all!!!
