Chef Assistant needed for BBQ event $18 per hour

A+ Staffing is seeking an experienced chef assistant to support our catering client for an upcoming BBQ event in Bertram, TX. We provide top notch hospitality staff for all types of events on a year round basis. We are currently interviewing ONLY skilled chef assistants who are available to work this Saturday. DATE/TIME: Saturday, June 26th from 5:30pm-9:30pm LOCATION: Bertram, TX 78605 PAY: $18.00 Per Hour- W2 Paid by direct deposit one week after the event. Plus 2 hours of paid drive time. ATTIRE: black slacks, long sleeved black button down dress shirt, and closed toed solid black shoes. REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least one year of culinary coursework or hands on experience in catering or restaurants. Must be knowledgeable about food preparation, plating and assembly. Must follow stringent cleanliness and sanitization guidelines. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to event location. This job will offer 2 Hours of Paid Drive time. Must work well with others and be respectful and courteous to co-workers, clients and guests at all times. Must be able to adapt to a wide variety of different event types and management styles. Must have current Food Handler. Must have required attire - black slacks, long sleeved black button down dress shirt, black tie and closed toed solid black shoes.
